Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Flexible 5 hours a day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Collaborative work environment with direct communication with the business owner

Responsibilities:
  • Create and schedule regular email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp
  • Develop and implement text message marketing strategies
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms
  • Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) for effective marketing outreach
  • Provide basic video editing support for marketing content
  • Set up reminders and assist with gift management for client and partner appreciation programs
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing and social media management
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in or knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
