In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Australian-based team through various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth post-sale processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Description

As an AU Admin Assistant (Axcelerate), your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Student-Related Administrative Tasks:
    • Manually processing student extensions and managing expired student records.
  • Post-Sale Administration:
    • Assisting in the management of complaints, cancellations, and refund requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Supporting proactive student retention activities.
  • Phone Line Overflow Management:
    • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or solution in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Admin Assistant supporting Australian client.
  • Australian Certified.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
  • Experience with the following software (training provided if needed):
    • aXcelerate
    • WooCommerce
    • Front (CRM)
    • HubSpot
    • Email / G Suite
