What you will do:

The main purpose of this role is to leverage your understanding of Salesforce and other cloud solutions to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, even if you are still gaining hands-on experience. This involves proactive problem-solving and ensuring seamless implementation.

Your day-to-day:

Participate in refinement sessions to translate functional requirements into technical requirements to be implemented in Salesforce.
Implement Salesforce configurations to meet specific business requirements according to Salesforce Best Practices.
Provide technical assistance and bug fixing for system testers and end-user support colleagues.
Collaborate with other project team members, especially in the areas of implementation, testing, release management, user adoption, and other project-related aspects.
Document technical implementations for future reference and provide training for support colleagues.
Collaborate with architects to assess implemented solutions for performance, security, and other related issues, identifying implementation and architectural improvements.
Identify Salesforce implementation issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with databases (preferably with SQL).
Knowledge of XML and JSON formats.
Experience with GIT version control.

Bonus points for

Κnowledge of Salesforce configuration capabilities including App Builder, process automation, community configuration, data model configurations, etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security model including: profiles, permission settings, organization wide sharing settings, roles, etc.
Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or App Builder.
Knowledge of the Financial Services Cloud.
