Compensation: $61,000 - $73,000,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.
Marketing Operations and Programs Specialist-Remote USA
The Marketing Operations and Programs Specialist is responsible for streamlining and optimizing marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns and initiatives. This role involves managing marketing tools, analyzing data to improve performance, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to execute successful programs. The role includes project management, MarTech administration and management, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration to support business growth and customer engagement goals.
Essential Functions
- Ensure all sanctioned process is followed from campaign brief through launch, making sure teams are following through on crucial process touchpoints and meeting agreed upon deadlines
- Lead management and project management for the Marketing team in PM tools, ensure delivery of all key details needed to produce requested creative and field questions on specs as needed from team members responsible for production
- Define and implement lead flow; identify and track leads funnel intricacies in digital e-campaigns, ensuring data flow from email or digital ad, to lead generation and campaign tracking into the CRM (Salesforce).
- Work with commercial and technical teams to make an impact on marketing analytics and influence the campaign strategy
- Manage the execution of marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications and digital tactics.
- Responsible for understanding and educating commercial business units on email/marketing automation standard methodologies and as appropriate provide recommendations to improve/optimize campaign performance and segmentation.
- Implement, maintain and administer MarTech tools
- Onboard vendors, facilitate payment process
- Report on Marketing Programs KPIs, produce ad-hoc marketing reports on campaigns, channels performance
- Adhere to email list hygiene rules to ensure optimal deliverability and avoid blacklisting of the email database
- Continuously evaluate workflow for inefficiencies and identify opportunities for process improvement for the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 2 + years’ experience in a marketing operations role required, with at least 2 years in email, segmentation, and marketing automation technology
- Prior experience working with marketing programs and campaigns teams and a complete understanding of the creative development process
- Email content marketing experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or similar platform
- 2+ years’ experience with Asana, Monday or similar marketing project management platform
- Familiarity with data privacy policies (GDPR and CCPA) desirable
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Looker Studio
