Become an EXpert as a Senior SAP Recruitment Developer

We are seeking a Senior SAP Recruitment Developer with expertise in configuring, customizing, and developing SAP solutions for recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, or related modules, along with experience integrating SAP with other systems.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP development, preferably in recruitment modules (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP, Fiori/UI5, API integrations, and SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
  • Experience implementing workflows and automation in recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of integrations with ATS, HRIS, or other talent management systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
