We’re looking to hire a Senior Recruiter on a permanent basis to support our team in identifying and securing top-tier talent.

About You

  • You're an excellent communicator well-adapted to handle both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You excel at full-cycle recruiting and are able to develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy for assigned positions.

  • Your primary focus is outbound recruitment using variety of venues such as LinkedIn, Dice, and others according to specific needs.

  • You perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience in an efficient and effective manner.

  • You swiftly adapt to change, producing and updating job specifications and descriptions on the go.

  • You're keen to improve existing setups and processes, discover, and assist in implementing improved solutions.
