Internal Title: Associate Manager, Client Experience
Direct Manager Title: Director, Client Experience

The Role 
Unlock Health’s client experience team members touch every aspect of our client work. This role requires professional communication skills, impeccable organization and attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and collaborate, as well as creatively manage situations or tasks at hand. 

Our client experience team members serve as the front lines of communication between the company and our clients. In this role, you will support your team by assisting with client projects and execution, guiding company processes, and helping manage communication and client expectations, while serving a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction with Unlock.

What You’ll Do

  • Meeting Management:
    • Responsible for scheduling, communicating with attendees, preparing agendas/status documents, and developing meeting recaps & next steps for internal and external meetings 
  • Brand and Market Knowledge:
    • Expected to keep the pulse on client news, market updates and competitive activity. The Associate Manager, Client Experience will share this information with internal agency teams as needed to inform strategies and creative work
  • Task Management:
    • Support project manager in internal coordination and communication with project team to effectively manage project timelines
  • Creative Production:
    • Assist in managing production needs, crafting guidelines (e.g., wardrobe specs, Terms of Use documentation), proofreading creative assets and archival of all final creative files on shared server 
  • Media Planning:
    • Work directly with Account Manager and Media Team on traditional and digital media planning, execution and trafficking
    • Maintain intimate knowledge of all media plans and anticipate the implications to any revisions made to media plans 
  • Digital Media Campaigns & Reporting:
    • Assist Digital Team with campaign set-up, assist with Q/A process, learn and understand digital metrics & KPIs, and assist with reviewing analytics reports 
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist with budget planning, billing, invoicing and reconciliation
    • Support team in flagging potential budget implications or concerns as they arise 
  • Agency Administration and Hand Raiser:
    • Expected to manage elements of agency administration related to client maintenance and engagement
    • Actively participate in learning opportunities provided and assist with and play an active role in our agency culture & community in support of our mission

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience; 1-2 years of advertising agency experience preferred
  • A good teammate with positive energy
  • Excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail
  • Tries new things, researches, craves knowledge, loves learning, and is a creative problem-solver
  • Enjoys creating opportunities for team building and agency connectivity 
  • Excited and passionate to learn the client experience role and support the team
