About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth efforts in the Middle East region, focusing on indirect sales through channel partners and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales performance, building and managing partner networks, and expanding market distribution capabilities in the EHS and ESG software space.
This role will be pivotal in accelerating our regional presence and ensuring our solutions reach customers effectively through an optimized partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Indirect Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel and alliance strategy for the Middle East region to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive indirect revenue growth by managing and enabling channel partners, including resellers, VARs, system integrators, and consulting firms.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and strategies.
Partner Network Development:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic channel partners and alliances that align with the company's vision and growth plans.
- Build long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and aligning with their objectives.
- Develop and implement partner training and enablement programs to drive proficiency in selling the company’s EHS & ESG software solutions.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends within the Middle East EHS & ESG software market.
- Work with partners to design and execute go-to-market strategies that expand the company’s footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to suit the regional market.
Revenue Management:
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and revenue forecasts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive maximum value for both the company and its partners.
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams including revenue operations, product management, marketing, and support to deliver exceptional value to customers through the partner ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.

- Experience of commercial and contractual negotiations in a B2B environment
- Proven analytical capability
- Experience of contract mobilisation
- Proven commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to demonstrate initiative and take ownership
- Excellent attention to detail as well as ability to maintain awareness of strategic considerations
- A strong, clear, and self-aware customer focused communicator with ability to influence others
