Our goal is to provide an exceptional online shopping experience while optimising our digital presence for growth.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer with UX Design and SEO expertise to enhance our online presence, improve user experience, and optimise our websites for search engines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in eCommerce development, UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Development: Customise Shopify themes, add and optimise product and other pages, optimise website speed, and improve functionality.
• UX/UI Design: Enhance website aesthetics, improve customer journey, and implement best UX practices.
• SEO Optimisation: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyse data to increase website engagement and conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Shopify analytics to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Multi-Website Support: Manage and optimise both our UK and EU Shopify stores.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Expertise in SEO optimization (on-page, technical SEO, backlink strategies, keyword research).
• Experience in eCommerce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with third-party Shopify apps and integrations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proactivity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Figma, email marketing
• Knowledge of European eCommerce markets (UK, France, Germany).
• Familiarity with digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
