Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube and SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing YouTube content to increase engagement, subscribers, and reach, while simultaneously implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies, including content optimization, audience engagement, and analytics.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance searchability and viewer retention.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify trends and create SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Monitor YouTube analytics and SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest YouTube and SEO algorithm changes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to align video and web content with overarching digital strategies.
  • Manage SEO for company websites, blogs, and other online assets to maximize visibility.

Qualifications:
