Job description

Location: Chicago, IL & Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $80K base + Incentive Bonus (~10% of sales contribution) + Medical, Vision, Dental - and Uncapped Commissions
Work Environment: Remote + Field Sales

What will you do?

  • Drive new customer acquisition in the air cargo space, targeting IATA, IAC (Non-IATA), and Non-IAC forwarders in key U.S. cities (Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, making dozens of cold calls daily to generate leads and close deals.
  • Attend industry networking events and meet prospects to expand your book of business.
  • Maintain proactive communication with hundreds of customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to hit sales goals and drive business growth.

What will you need?

  • Experience: 4-6 years in air cargo sales with a focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IATA, IAC, and Non-IAC forwarders in the U.S. market.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote and field sales environment this isn't a desk job.
  • Sales Drive: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and closing new business.
  • Relationship Management: Strong communication skills to engage and retain customers.
  • Book of Business: An existing customer base is a plus, but not required.
