ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do as Head of Global Strategic Partnerships in Companjon

Business Development:Â You've got a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals. Your business acumen and proven track record in B2B2C business development across Retail & E-Commerce make you a force to be reckoned with. You're ready to identify new prospects, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Relationship Building:Â You're a pro at nurturing connections with key stakeholders and Business Partners. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to understand their needs will set us apart from the competition. Ideally, you have an established relationship network that you can tap into to hit the ground running from day one.
B2B2C savvy:Â Understanding the unique needs of Business Partners is your passion and linking those needs to the right solutions within Companjon is what makes you successful.
Collaboration Champion:Â Collaboration is at the heart of our success. You thrive in cross-functional teams, leveraging the collective expertise and diverse perspectives of your colleagues. You're a natural collaborator that is fluent in English and ideally another major language, fostering an environment where teamwork and innovation flourish.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

What you will need to succeed

Strong sales experience and a network in the Retail & E-Commerce industry
Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs within a high paced startup or tech company
Experience in General Insurance products is a plus
Experience in deal and contract negotiation
First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence at C-level
Fluency in English and another European language would be a plus
University degree in business or comparable qualifications
Experience in the digital economy (e.g., travel platforms) and digital solution design a plus
