This is a remote position.

Role Title: Appointment Setter (with Basic Administrative Duties)

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PST, California)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter who can also handle some essential administrative tasks. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the firm’s business development efforts by researching potential leads, making outbound calls, and scheduling appointments. You will also provide light administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the business owner.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

    • Identify potential client prospects through targeted research and list building
    • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to schedule meetings and calls with prospective clients
    • Maintain and organize the sales pipeline through effective CRM management

  2. Calendar & Email Management

    • Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, client meetings, and follow-up calls
    • Provide basic email management, ensuring timely and professional communication
    • Set up reminders for important tasks and deadlines

  3. Administrative Support

    • Keep account records accurate and up-to-date
    • Coordinate and schedule business (and occasional personal) appointments as needed
    • Assist with additional administrative or business-related tasks to support the firm’s growth


Requirements
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or administrative support
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective outbound calling
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and email management tools
  • Experience managing calendars (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision
  • A background in or familiarity with IT/staffing is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
