This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Mon-Friday 10am - 7pm Chicago Time  with 1 hour non-paid lunch

Job Description

As a Client Services Specialist, you’ll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring seamless client interactions and maintaining the integrity of our internal systems. This multifaceted role combines technical know-how with sharp organizational skills. You’ll be instrumental in refining our processes, managing crucial data, and supporting our technical team. Scope

  • Maintain and improve client data quality across systems
  • Contribute to support team efficiency by managing overflow tasks
  • Assist in streamlining internal processes and documentation
  • Support creation and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge base
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize client data in our advanced CRM system (Halo PSA)
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and implement improvements
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal policies and procedures
  • Provide backup support for technical teams during high-volume periods
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and training materials
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Assist in streamlining internal processes for enhanced service delivery


Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a MUST
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
