    We are currently looking for an innovative & strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Phoenix.
  • What you will do

    • Proactively build a talent pipeline within a giving vertical in multiple geographies in alignment with the workforce plans
    • Recommend new sourcing strategies and tools for use across the business
    • Provide reporting updates and support for distribution to leadership
    • Schedule and attend status calls with hiring managers and business unit leaders
    • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers following interviews
    • Coordinate interview process including scheduling interviews, administering assessments and providing follow up to candidates
    • Engage with the existing talent pool to capture market intelligence and network with other candidates

    Preferred Qualifications include:

    • Proven high-achiever with a track record for sourcing high caliber talent through various tools
    • Ability to work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers
    • Excellent communication – ability to speak confidently to candidates and hiring managers
    • Experience with Workday or similar ATS tools
    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

The Compensation range for this role is 67,482.90 - 134,965.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
