As a Tech Recruiter, you will successfully execute the entire Aryng's recruitment cycle—from Screening to the new hire start date… You OWN the process!

The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for IT and data science roles. This position will report to the senior HR Manager.

Requirements

  1. Comprehensive Recruitment Management: You have a minimum of 4 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring for data roles (Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Data Scientist).
  2. Talent Strategy: Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals to attract high-quality talent promptly.
  3. Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, including ATS, networking, and social media.
  4. Collaboration: Work with Aryng's team to grasp job needs and team dynamics for optimal talent fit.
  5. Cultural Fit Recruitment: Promote Aryng's values and Remote culture to attract candidates that align with our culture
  6. Remote Employment: You can confidently hire Remotely and have knowledge of Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Zoom, Slack, and Workable (or similar).
  7. Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and fostering genuine, professional relationships.
  8. Recruitment Analytics: Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency.
  9. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand via recruitment initiatives.

Required Qualification:

  1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Masters preferred.
  2. Experience working in a remote startup environment
  3. Experience with a consulting setting is preferred
  4. 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data-related hiring.
