Salesforce Admin – User Support

Position Summary:
We are seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator with a passion for user support and a knack for problem-solving. This role will primarily focus on supporting Sales Account Executives in their daily use of Salesforce, ensuring they can leverage the platform effectively to meet their goals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and eager to provide top-tier support, coaching, and training to end users.

Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Philippine Time

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing issues, questions, and requests from Sales Account Executives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in Salesforce, identifying recurring themes and recommending solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Assist the Salesforce team with testing new features, updates, and configurations.
  • Manipulate and manage data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to end users on Salesforce features, best practices, and new functionalities.
  • Customize and maintain Lightning record pages, Flows, and other configurations to meet user and business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Salesforce security model and maintain user permissions, profiles, and roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to the Sales and Service Cloud environments.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of Salesforce CPQ (if applicable).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and other IT partners to ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or higher.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Familiarity with both Sales and Service Cloud, including core functionality and best practices.
  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with Flows, Lightning record pages, and basic automation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and propose solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to coach and train users effectively.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
