Job description

Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern in the Medical Device Division to join the team and experience hands-on learning and training.

*U.S. work authorization required: Fresenius Kabi will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization.
*Pay rate is $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on completed academic years
*Fresenius Kabi does not provide a housing stipend or relocation assistance for summer internships
*This position requires working onsite 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

Work with direct team members, while getting to know other cross-functional departments.
Learn about and support our forecasting process to help coordinate sales with production
and manage inventory levels.
Research products that directly compete with our product portfolios.
Work with Advertising and Promotion Committee in creating and updating customer facing marketing collateral (sell sheets, training aids, presentations etc.)
Assist in preparing for industry workshops, tradeshows, symposiums, or customer meetings
Update and manage customer facing communication on portals and websites
Facilitate digital Marketing programs (incl. social media)

Ideal Candidate

Marketing /Business Management degree in progress (completing Soph/Jr year).
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills required.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to interact with staff across multiple levels of the organization including outside field team members.
Needs to be a self-motivated individual who can prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Expectation to work in the office 3 days minimum per week and as needed, this will not be a remote position.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
Must commit to 8-10 weeks of internship
