Program Manager II- Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention

ISN is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Justice/Office of Justice Programs (USDOJ/OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) division.  Specific tasks for this role may include but are not limited to the following:

◦ Serve as primary subject matter expert for specific contract projects and tasks such as:
     - Statistical data collection, 
     - Analysis and methods
     - Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act core requirements
     - Juvenile and adult facilities
     - Performance audits and Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards
◦ Abilitiy to perform tasks independently as well as lead a team.
 

◦ Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
◦ US Citizenship is required 
◦ Must be able to travel to customer sites or facilities as needed but could be subject to change during the duration of the program.

◦ Master’s degree AND a minimum of 5 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline; OR
◦ Bachelor’s degree AND a minimum of 7 years’ experience in social science or similar discipline.
◦ Experience with training and technical assistance programs is required.

Experience:

◦ Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming, project management, and training and technical assistance programs highly preferred.
