The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, independent, and ambitious individual to join the Content Partner team to support Veeva’s Digital Factory Accelerator Program globally. You must have experience in a Partner Manager role or equivalent customer-facing role, focusing on their support and success.
In this role, you will be responsible for building key relationships and growing and supporting the partner program through education and enablement. You will provide product best practices guidance to Veeva customers and digital factory partners on Veeva Vault PromoMats and Veeva’s CRM Suite and support the benefits of partnership.
What You’ll DoDigital Factory Program Manager will work closely with the strategic/business contacts within the digital factory partner organizations who create content and use Veeva’s multichannel products (including CLM, Approved Email, Engage, MyInsights, and Vault PromoMats, Vault Medical)Generate and qualify potential new digital factory partners and lead business calls with partners and/or customersMaintain and grow partner relationships through consistent communication, outreach, and supportCollaborate with Veeva strategy. sales and product team to educate customers and stakeholders on the value of the Digital Factory Accelerator Program and best practices for working with large-scale production companiesIdentify opportunities to support customer successSupport the technical program manager to triage and troubleshoot customer project requirements with partners, customers, and/or internal departmentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThree years or more experience in Account or Partner Management, Digital Strategy, or Program Management either at a pharma/healthcare advertising/marketing agency or tech companyProven track record of establishing partner and client-facing relationships as a strategic trusted advisor and fostering close relationships with agencies, customers, and internal stakeholdersExperience in multichannel marketing projects, including closed-loop marketing, email, and websitesExperience creating and delivering training to internal or external stakeholdersAbility to be able to take complex client and vendor requirements and articulate them to both business and technical audiencesBackground in product support or as a product subject matter expert.Independent and hands-on attitude, with an interest in learning salesforce.com system administrationExcellent verbal and written EnglishStrong analytical and communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentationAbility to communicate to all audiences (and understand the audience and goals) or levels of an organization (written, verbal, formal presentation)Nice to HaveVeeva product experience in either Vault PromoMats, Vault Medical, or Veeva Multichannel CRM capabilitiesPrevious experience working with digital factories or in content developmentPrevious experience in saleforce.com administrationPerks & BenefitsVeeva charitable giving programAllocations for continuous learning and developmentHealth and wellness programs#LI-Remote
