Your challenge
As a Internal Communications Intern, you will play a vital role in strengthening our employer brand and internal culture by crafting compelling content, coordinating engaging events, and supporting employee advocacy initiatives. You’ll help bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life by shaping internal and external narratives that reflect our vibrant culture, diverse community, and shared values. Working closely with the Internal Communications, Management and Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll ensure that our messaging resonates with employees and external audiences alike. Your responsibilities
Develop and curate engaging content for internal and external platforms, including Slack, LinkedIn, newsletters, and employee spotlight features.
Create visually appealing materials such as infographics, videos, and presentations to support EVP-related initiatives.
Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling internal communications to ensure alignment with our EVP.
Help manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely updates and visibility of key projects and events.
Support the employee ambassador program by coordinating activities, gathering stories, and promoting advocacy campaigns.
Collaborate on initiatives to amplify employee voices through testimonials, blogs, and social media content.
Assist with planning and executing internal events, such as Culture Days, EVP workshops, and team-building activities.
Coordinate logistics and communications for virtual and on-site employee events.
Help administer pulse surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of our EVP and communication strategies.
Analyse feedback data and propose actionable insights to refine communication efforts.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure our employer branding aligns with external-facing channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and our careers page.
Support the creation of materials for recruitment campaigns, onboarding kits, and recognition programs.
Your profile
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
A creative storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills, and a passion for crafting engaging narratives; experience with visual content creation is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Slides and Canva; familiarity with survey tools and social media platforms like LinkedIn is a bonus.
Passionate about employee engagement and creating meaningful connections through communication and branding initiatives.
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship, with regular office presence required.
