Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead RPA Developer with a strong background in UiPath to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading programming efforts and hands-on expertise in developing automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of automation across UI, Database, and API layers, along with excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development:
  • Act as the lead programmer in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Automation Design & Implementation:
  • Develop robust and scalable UiPath automations that integrate UI, database, and API components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify the root causes of automation issues.
  • Propose and implement comprehensive fixes and improvements to ensure the stability and efficiency of automation workflows.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Documentation & Best Practices:
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automation projects.
  • Uphold industry best practices and standards in RPA development.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in UiPath development.
  • Proven experience as a lead programmer or in a similar leadership role within an RPA environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in building automations involving UI, Database, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues within automation workflows.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies.
• Additional certifications in UiPath or RPA technologies.
