Summary
The Compliance Administrator supports the Compliance team in ensuring the organization adheres to healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. This role focuses on assisting with certifications, audits, policy development, training programs, and third-party collaboration. The Compliance Administrator works under the direction of the Compliance & Privacy Officer and frequently collaborates with other team members within the department as well as cross-functional teams across the organization. They play a key role in maintaining the organization’s compliance framework and assisting with process improvements.
Essential Duties
1. Assist with certifications, audits, and updating compliance policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance.
2. Support the creation and distribution of compliance training materials and tailored programs for staff.
3. Provide administrative support for internal audits, access reviews, and third-party compliance processes.
Job Duties
• Maintain knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations, assisting with research and documentation as needed.
• Manage and resolve consumer report disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes for collecting and distributing compliance-related information.
• Fulfills user requests for certification letters, company policies and procedures, and miscellaneous additional supporting documents.
• Administers annual third-party security risk assessments.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Respectfully takes direction from Senior Management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED is required and/or one to two year(s) related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in administrative, customer service, and healthcare industry is preferred.
