About the Role
​​We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging digital assets across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and presentations. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual presence, ensuring consistency, and delivering compelling designs that resonate with our audience focusing on zero-emission transportation solutions for trucks, off-road equipment and buses. ​ 

Duties and Responsibilites
  • Oversee the creative direction of campaigns ensuring alignment with brand values and strategic goals. 
  • Partner with the Deputy Director to lead and enhance our brand identity, architecture, and visual language as a passionate steward, advocate, and gatekeeper of the brand identity. 
  • Work with senior stakeholders across business units to understand priorities, build strong partnerships, and ensure creative strategies align with business goals. 
  • Manage the entire design process from design request to execution. 
  • Have strong design skills with a portfolio demonstrating compelling digital experiences. 
  • Create visually appealing event graphics such as social media graphics, banners, emails, and event signage. 
  • Develop GIFs and static graphics for social media.  
  • Design infographics and banner ads that clearly communicate key messages.  
  • Craft high-level presentations & templates that align with branding and storytelling needs. 
  • Work on new projects, including motion graphics, to elevate our digital content. 

  • Qualifications
  • ​​5-7 years of digital design experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Design, or equivalent experience   
  • A strong eye for design, ensuring visually compelling and on-brand creative assets.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging graphics.   
  • Attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.   
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).   
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, working closely with marketing, content, and event teams.   
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. ​ 

  • Desired Qualifications
  • ​​Experience in creating animations or motion graphics for digital use. ​
