At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Cloud Engineer (GCP/Terraform) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Position Overview:
As a Sr Cloud Engineer (GCP/Terraform), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Terraform. You will play a key role in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, ensuring automation and seamless CI/CD integration. Your expertise will contribute to the scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Design, optimize, and implement scalable cloud architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Automate cloud infrastructure deployments and integrate CI/CD pipelines.Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments.Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance cloud efficiency.Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must-have Skills:Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.Solid understanding of Kubernetes (GKE) for container orchestration.Advanced English
