As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience across our digital products. Youâll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that drive usability and customer satisfaction.

Your mission

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
Develop and maintain UX design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Participate in implementation design reviews and maintain communication with developers after implementation to ensure accuracy and quality.
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand pain points and improve user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX technologies to continuously enhance our design approach.

What we are looking for?

Proven experience in UX design for web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly design solutions while collaborating with product managers.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
