MKTalent is recruiting for a company based in Lisbon, an UX Designer.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process for user experiences, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation;
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to gain insights and validate design decisions;
Define user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and interactions;
Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups to illustrate and iterate on design solutions;
Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure seamless integration of interaction and visual design elements;
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts.
What we look for?
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
7+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful UX design projects;
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar;
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices;
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user needs and business goals;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment;
Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer), front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript and CSS) and with mobile app design and platforms (iOS, Android) are a plus.
