JOB TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter

RATE: Php 208.33 per hour

Work Type: 

  • Part-time, Remote/WFH

  • Starting at 20 hrs/week (9 AM - 1 PM, Mon - Fri)

  • Candidate should be flexible to transition to full-time (40 hrs/week) if needed

Shift Schedule: 

  • Hours 8:30-4:30 Eastern M-F

  • Duties can be modified by the administrator at any time.


Position Overview:

The Recruiter plays a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing caregiver team. This position is responsible for recruiting results-driven Care Staff, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals. 

A sense of urgency, attention to detail, reliability, and coachability are critical to success in this role. The Caregiver Recruiter will utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, job fairs, and other creative strategies to attract candidates who align with our organization's values and mission.





Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial face of the business, providing professional, courteous customer service to potential candidates and clients.

  • Recruitment Targets: Responsible for recruiting a set minimum number of caregivers per week, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Quota Management: Achieve daily and weekly calling quotas, meeting specific hiring metrics to drive success in recruitment. Provide weekly reports on progress.

  • Follow-up & Screening: Check and follow up with all office recruitment resources daily. Conduct timely and effective phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks for candidates.

  • Credential Verification: Collect and document all state and franchise-required credentials from caregivers in a timely manner, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

  • Onboarding & Training: Participate in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring that they are successfully integrated into the organization and understand their responsibilities.

  • Client Intake Support: Assist with scheduling intakes for prospective clients when necessary, providing accurate and timely information about services offered.

  • Team Collaboration: Support the Staffing Coordinator as needed to ensure staffing needs are met and that caregivers are placed in positions where they can succeed.





Job Requirements:

  • Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing is preferred but not required.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

    • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

    • Proficiency with job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.

  • Experience:

    • Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

    • Experience in the healthcare industry or caregiving is a plus.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Ability to meet recruitment goals and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

    • Must be reliable, coachable, and have a strong drive to succeed.

    • Ability to engage with potential caregivers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
