Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm New York time with a 30-minute paid break

Scope:

  • Handle customer inquiries during 8-hour shifts, including weekends
  • Review and approve approximately 50-100 AI-generated articles per day
  • Collaborate with the existing moderation team to resolve complex issues
  • Adapt to fluctuating workloads during peak contest periods

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat platform, providing timely and accurate information about the contest
  • Review and approve AI-generated content for magazine publication
  • Input approved content into Airtable for further processing
  • Assist with resolving escalated issues related to content moderation
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with sensitive content

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask between customer service and content review
  • Comfortable working with adult-oriented content (non-nude for contest, nude for magazine)
  • Familiarity with chat-based customer service platforms
  • Basic understanding of AI-generated content and its limitations
