B2C Sales Representative (Spanish-Speaking)

On behalf of our esteemed client, a fast-growing fintech company specialising in financial brokerage and cutting-edge investment solutions for a global audience, we are looking for motivated and result-driven Sales Representatives (Spanish-speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2C clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Provide tailored investment advice and trading solutions based on client needs.
• Educate clients on market opportunities, trading strategies, and platform functionalities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance product offerings and address customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or account management.
• Prior experience in fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
