Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and finishing between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, Laval, Quebec time
  • With an hour unpaid break. 
  • 35 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our products and solutions to businesses, including wholesalers, dealers, contractors, builders, property managers, and other commercial entities. You will focus on building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and environmental impact. You will work remotely, using cutting-edge communication tools to connect with potential clients. If you are passionate about growing your sales skills, this position offers exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective B2B clients in the construction and HVAC industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Schedule appointments for our Business Development Consultant to provide more information to prospective clients or for site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular and daily sales reports to Management.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to refine pitches and improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate with Team Members and Management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other tasks as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.

Requirements


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Passion for energy efficiency and willingness to learn about HVAC systems.
  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable with meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical information about our products and rebate programs.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts within Canadian time zones.
