Software Dev Engr Lead

We are looking for a Software Dev Engr Lead who will:

• Design, development, and implementation of software applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Develop and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration with various platforms.

• Utilize SMS, MMS, RCS, and voice technologies to enhance communication functionalities.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Java, SWT, and C++.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Assist R&D staff with complex support issues.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience as a Lead Software Developer or similar role.

• Expertise in Java, including hands-on experience with Swing.

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.

• Proficiency in Eclipse plugin development recommended/preferred.

• Extensive experience in API development and integration.

• Preferred knowledge of SMS, MMS, and RCS communication protocols.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
