Senior Illustrator

As a Senior Illustrator with Aristocrat's Bash Games Studio, you will work closely with designers and product owners to establish the artistic vision of each project. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, Bash-standard final art assets and ensuring adherence to project schedules. This role also involves creating art choreography documentation to guide developers and offsite teams. The Senior Illustrator position is a full-time, remote role, reporting to Bash Games' Atlanta Office.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product owners to align the artistic vision of the product with gameplay and technical requirements.
• Stay informed about current market trends to make decisions that enhance competitiveness in the market.
• Prepare animation-ready assets for the animation team.
• Create detailed art choreography documentation, including storyboards or animatic videos, for handoff to technical artists, developers, and/or offsite teams.
• Develop and execute a production plan for the product's art development.
• Produce high-quality game assets efficiently, meeting studio standards and schedule requirements.
• Ensure all final assets comply with technical specifications and are optimized for performance within technical limitations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of successful slot market games, trends, and mechanics.
• Familiarity with animation principles.
• Understanding of art pipelines and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in slot game art development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Spine.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating slot games and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality assets on time and with efficiency.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
