Drive the innovation and development of cloud-native workforce management products to actively shape our product vision and strategy, acting as a key liaison amongst various stakeholders, external (customers) and internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, development).
Collaborate with our UX/UI team to ensure technical feasibility and intuitive operation, following our 'mobile first' approach for app design and development.
Own the product backlog, prioritizing various requirements to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
Create comprehensive specifications for new features, incl. user tests and user stories while following agile methodologies and best practices for requirements engineering.
Plan the further development of products and releases, creating and communicating strategic product roadmaps to stakeholders.
Prepare and conduct internal product trainings for the Sales, Implementation, and Customer Service teams, collaborating with your teammates to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Continuously refine product management processes to level up efficiency and effectiveness.
YOUR CAPABILITIES
Must-have
Degree (university/Fach Hochschule) in a relevant technical field, e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics (or other engineering subjects)
You are curious. You enjoy discussions with engineers, take the initiative in problem-solving and possess a solid technical foundation relevant to software development.
Customer and user-orientated thinking and strong analytical skills. Able to dissect complex requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for software development.
You are reliable, with experience guiding projects from inception to implementation, and the ability to overcome challenges and deliver results on time and within budget.
3+ years of B2B software product management (or comparable) experience, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions or improving existing processes.
Fluency in German and English.
Great-to-have
Experience with Agile project management tools (such as JIRA and Confluence) in creating and maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, managing sprints, effective collaboration with others, etc.
You are skilled in engaging audiences with your presentation abilities, incl. effective storytelling, impactful data visualization, appealing slide design.
Understanding of GDPR principles, specifically concerning data subject rights, data processing activities, and data security measures. Familiarity with common IT security concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization).
