This remote role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication and providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle general administrative tasks while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Virtual Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for staff.
Provide information about company services, policies, and products to clients and visitors.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
Manage and update virtual reception systems, ensuring smooth operation and organization.
Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while engaging with clients, both internally and externally.
