Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (CST)(11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT) includes 1h unpaid break, 8 hours paid. 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records for multiple clients using QuickBooks
  • Execute accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision and timeliness
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Record and categorize financial transactions efficiently
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize bookkeeping processes
  • Adapt to and utilize cloud-based accounting systems effectively
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Provide basic financial insights to support client decision-making

  • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, particularly in managing multiple client accounts
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong English language skills for clear communication with the US-based team
  • Ability to work full-time during US Central Time business hours
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and digital collaboration tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
