Job description

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We have bike enthusiasts, foodies, video game heroes, dog and cat lovers, movie buffs, musicians, and every variety of people. Lightspeed was founded on the principles of diversity and inclusion and our daily practices and interactions reflect this commitment everyday. Wherever you look, you will find a friend in Lightspeed.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help streamline processes, organize workflows, and improve documentation across the region. You’ll work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to spot inefficiencies, standardize processes, and build an easy-to-use knowledge base. If you’re passionate about making teams run smoother, improving systems, and creating value for customers and stakeholders, this could be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing:
  • Identify, document, and standardize internal workflows across GTM teams using tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Centralize content creation and management to make processes and best practices easily accessible and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Develop workflows to enhance and monitor task tracking, such as tracking reactive requests and optimizing workload distribution for Account Management teams.
  • Establish clear guidelines and processes to improve collaboration between GTM and other teams, including Support, Payments, and Partnerships.
  • Address recurring issues by analyzing root causes, creating training resources, and empowering team members to work more independently.

And a little bit of…

  • Support the analysis of processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure that documentation is structured in a way that can be easily used by AI tools.
  • Document and refine renewal workflows to improve consistency, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure smoother handovers for accounts as they transition between teams during the onboarding process.
What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, focusing on process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or tech businesses, ideally in account management, customer success, or similar operational functions.
  • Proficiency with tools and systems, including platforms like Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, and Slack to manage documentation and workflows.
  • Experience in successfully driving process improvement initiatives, gaining stakeholder buy-in, and promoting adoption across teams.

We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and give it a try!

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!

What’s in it for you?

Come live the Lightspeed experience...
