Whom We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and smart Business Analyst who can support the Product Owner Banking for the duration of one year in the development and the market launch of a new current account in the banking sector. The contract for this position is limited to one year. German is a plus, and knowledge of another language is desirable. If the intersection of financial and insurance services, international clients and corporate business appeals to you, we want to get to know you. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business and regulatory requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Sales, IT) to harmonise requirements.
  • Quality assurance and testing: Ensuring that the developed features fulfil the defined requirements.
  • Creating process documentation and supporting the team during the product launch.
  • Carrying out market analyses and deriving relevant features for the current account.
  • Supporting the definition and prioritisation of requirements for the current account product (backlog management).
  • Support in sprint planning and operational support of the development team in the Scrum process.

 

Requirements

  • Banking background with in-depth knowledge of the current account area (e.g. product management, payments or account products).
  • Experience in working with agile development teams, ideally within the Scrum framework.
  • Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to liaise between business and IT.
  • Attention to detail in the definition of processes, interfaces and IT requirements.
