What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources is seeking a new Training Support Specialist to provide confidential administrative and specialist support to the Training Department. On a typical day, you might:
- Ensure reports are submitted by the assigned deadlines.
- Maintain training records and schedule venues, ensuring they are properly set up.
- Serve as the point of contact for participants and vendors, resolving any issues that arise onsite.
- Ensure that Crisis Intervention Training (CIT), QPR, Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP), and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) manuals are stocked, ordered, and distributed to each coordinator's location.
- Perform data entry in the Trillium database to accurately document each class (CIT and MHFA) and necessary related documents, ensuring they are listed and scanned.
- Update tracking spreadsheets as necessary.
- Perform data entry in the MHFA Database for MHFA training.
- Assist other Training Department staff as needed.
- Order CIT pins, teaching supplies, and other necessities for lodging and training events.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in assisting a senior executive and four (4) years of clerical and office management experience is preferred.
Required License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license a valid active driver’s license is required to be maintained for this position
Location:
Remote within Trillium’s Catchment in North Carolina.
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
