What You Will Do:

• Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and assistance.
• Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-motivated and reliable.
• Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera.
