About the Role
The Customer Business Executive (CBE) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and strategic alignment with Coro's largest and most high-value partners. This position focuses on account management, partner growth, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure mutual success, rather than new business development. The CBE acts as a strategic advisor to key accounts, working cross-functionally to deliver results and unlock new opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and SaaS, a proven ability to manage large, complex accounts, and the skills to foster long-term, high-value relationships with partners. This is a relationship-driven role, where strategic thinking, collaboration, and a relentless focus on partner success are paramount.

Responsibilities
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with the RVP within the region to align strategies, initiatives, and business goals, ensuring the mutual success of partners and Coro.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on partner performance, market trends, and partner needs to shape regional sales strategies and deliver business results.
- Drive revenue growth by strategically prioritizing initiatives that unlock new opportunities and expand Coro's reach in key accounts.
Account Management & Growth
- Act as the primary contact for strategic partners, building and nurturing long-term relationships that align with Coro’s growth and sales goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging tailored solutions that drive incremental revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
- Develop strategic business plans for each partner to ensure mutual success and continued revenue growth year-over-year.
Region Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, delivery, and support, to ensure that partners receive exceptional service and that shared objectives are met.
- Influence region initiatives, ensuring a coordinated effort that delivers outstanding results for partners, contributing to their success and long-term value.
Project Leadership
- Lead partner-related initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of joint projects and seamless delivery of Coro’s solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and exceed partner expectations consistently, driving positive business outcomes.
Client Advocacy
- Serve as the voice of the partner within Coro, advocating for their needs while balancing Coro’s business objectives and goals.
- Address partner concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels and strengthening long-term trust.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates on partner performance, tracking KPIs, metrics, and strategic recommendations to drive ongoing growth and success.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify new growth opportunities and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of sales strategies.
Skills and Experience
Cybersecurity & SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity and SaaS industries, with an in-depth understanding of market trends, partner ecosystems, and sales strategies.
Proven Account Management: A successful track record in managing large, complex accounts, with a focus on long-term relationship management and revenue growth.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about partner needs, market opportunities, and aligning business goals for both Coro and partners.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with and indirectly managing diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
Communication & Relationship-Building: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing data, generating insights, and creating actionable recommendations.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
