What You Will Do:

As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology
From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday ERP solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
As a Workday Delivery Director, you will:
Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.
Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.
Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.
Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment.
Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization

What You Will Need:

Bachelors Degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years delivering ERP solutions for public sector clients OR Master's Degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years delivering ERP solutions for public sector clients. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of ELEVEN (11) years delivering ERP solutions for public sector clients.
Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice
Exhibits robust knowledge of project management
Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office, consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Master’s degree
Expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization
Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar.
Workday Project Management Certification

The annual salary range for this position is $206,000.00-$343,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
