Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive supply chain operations, support new product implementation, and ensure material readiness throughout product lifecycle transitions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, optimize materials planning, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Operations & New Product Implementation:

  • Drive supply chain operations and new product implementation.

  • Ensure material readiness for product lifecycle transitions.

  • Optimize materials to accommodate schedule or demand changes.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and prioritize activities.

  • Align schedules and dependencies to ensure seamless execution.

  • Measure and publish process metrics to drive consensus and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations.

  • Represent programs from a business perspective.

Required Skillset/Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), supply planning, and supply operations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with networking technologies and comfort working with engineers and technology.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, operations, or supply/demand planning.

  • Expected Deliverables / Key Milestones:

  • Detailed plans outlining project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

  • Regular reports on project status, including progress against milestones, risks, and issues.

  • Strategies for implementing process improvements, with defined metrics for measuring success.

  • Plans ensuring material availability for product lifecycle transitions.

Reports tracking key supply chain metrics and performance indicators.

Salary Range

$58,570.92 - $92,480.40 USD (Salary)
