Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SCM) - REMOTE

The Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst is the first line of support for end-user success. Supply Chain Management (SCM) should be the primary focus of this role. This role will be working in an environment where teamwork and collaboration are fundamental. The Functional Analyst should have an extensive understanding of Oracle Cloud and best practices for process and user experience. Experience in all modules is not required. Secondary experience in other modules is a plus. **

Description of the team and what it’s responsible for**

  • This person will be a member of the Enterprise Applications team which supports various Oracle Cloud systems throughout the organization including Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financials, Enterprise Resource Planning Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) that includes Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting (EPB)
  • The primary role will be in support of the business units in day-to-day operations and trouble-shooting issues with a focus on the Fusion Procurement, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting modules
  • Secondary support of other Fusion SCM functionality includes Inventory, RF SMART, and Order Management modules as needed
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement throughout each business process used by the respective SCM applications
  • This role will be responsible for gathering requirements for change that will be developed by the Enterprise Applications Development team
  • The Functional Analyst will be a liaison between the business and the development group.
  • Deployment to test and production environments will be performed by the Functional Analyst with oversight on the UAT process with the business organization

Description Of The Role And Impact It Has

  • This is a key role in supporting an improving the usability of the Oracle Cloud systems.

Core Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Solutions
  • Familiarity with functional analysis and testing of Oracle Fusion patches, bug fixes, RICE objects
  • Should have worked on or supported Fusion reporting to measure the efficiency of business processes and operational tasks
  • Knowledge of the Cloud native tools like FBDI, ADFdi, ESS Jobs
  • Experience developing functional specifications for custom Supply Chain related BIP reports for SCM as per user requirements
  • Previous experience supporting international architectures (currencies, globalizations, multiple languages, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Jira and audit controls a plus

Physical Requirements

Lifting Requirements – light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling, and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions. **
