Summary: 

The Operations Support Analyst role blends project coordination and business analysis to drive operational excellence and process improvement. As a key member of the National team, the Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing high-impact initiatives and special projects aligned with OneDigital’s strategic goals.

This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional leaders to coordinate projects, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and establish best practices across the organization. 

Ideal candidates possess a strong combination of project management expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in business operations, strategy, and project execution while contributing to meaningful organizational change. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Identify business needs and develop improvement plans while ensuring adherence to established objectives. 

  • Conduct research, audits, and data/workflow analysis to identify and implement process enhancements. 

  • Gain proficiency in relevant systems, perform testing, and conduct quality and user experience reviews to support system optimization. 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define best practices, identify areas for improvement, and achieve desired outcomes. 

  • Maintain responsibility for key initiatives, ensuring successful project completion within defined timeframes. 

  • Support project management efforts by coordinating with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and aligned with goals. 

  • Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and create reports or presentations to communicate insights while ensuring thorough documentation, actionable recommendations, and timely follow-up. 

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes. 

  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, supporting change management efforts to drive adoption and sustainability. 

  • Independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project and organizational objectives. 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills including meeting deadlines 
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently and collaboratively 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate insights into actionable steps 

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying trends and delivering data-driven insights 

  • Excellent communication and attentive listening skills; able to interact effectively and with empathy with people of various levels of responsibility and authority  

  • Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new systems and tools, and excel within a dynamic organization 

  • Comfortable working in virtual and in-person environments  

  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality 

  • Is professional, consistent and reliable.  

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Word and Outlook (experience with Power BI and D365 is a plus)  

Education, Training and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 

  • Three or more years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, business operations, or project coordination 

  • At least one year of experience in technology, employee health and welfare, or retirement benefits (preferred) 

 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $80,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
