The position supports Truist Mortgage adherence to regulatory requirements of appraisal management. Communicates with Processors, Originators and other internal and external customers. Pipeline management of the Collateral Management System ensures SunTrust policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, are followed. Reviews data from the Collateral Management System to monitor and communicate with appraisal management companies and independent appraisers to meet service level agreements. Determines the proper departments to direct users for non-appraisal delivery issues

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time. 

Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of senior staff and managers. Pipeline Management CMS 70%, Escalation 10%, Customer Support 20% Effectively communicate with the Fulfillment Center teammates for additional information, as needed.  Update reporting with completed and outstanding search results.  Proficiently utilize all systems required to perform your job.

Monitor courses assigned on your Learning Plan and ensure you remain current on all regulatory courses required.  Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other teammates, internal and external clients/business partners, and vendors.

Completion of required training within set timeframe permitted Ability to utilize a mortgage loan origination system Excellent organization skills and ability to develop a solid understanding of the mortgage process and procedures.   Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field One year mortgage experience MS Office, FNC Collateral Management System, Appraisal knowledge
