Description/Responsibilities:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us deliver on our mission. Someone who can work effectively across the business and technology to solve difficult problems in new and novel ways and build products customers love.   

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Gather input both internally and externally to define product solution, develop detailed requirements, feature definitions and high-level implementation plans of new products to support the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Ensure product strategic alignment and manage the product life cycle.
  • Manage the operations platform roadmap and evolve your product’s current features and functionality to ensure product strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure successful implementation of products, features, and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and support a detailed roadmap for what’s next, how it will work and how it impacts value to the customer and your own business.
  • Provide product knowledge and subject matter expertise to client facing teams and customers on capabilities and features of solution. Assist with the creation and delivery of product training for client facing teams.
  • Validate customer requirements and interpret/analyze product performance against design.
  • Perform ad hoc requests as needed related to business strategy, product exploration and development.
  • Understanding of how to operate a product in a B2B2C B2B SaaS product experience in web/mobile applications.

You’ll take part in diverse responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations platform roadmap to create a first-of-its-kind digital and in-gym wellness experience.
  • Increase engagement by providing motivation (e.g. social, competition, progression) and helping millions of users build healthy habits
  • Create personalized product experience by offering options and content that cater to each person’s individual needs.
  • Be obsessed with the details and strive to understand how things work so you can improve it
  • Outline detailed feature requirements, goals, and rollout plans in order to move fast
  • Elicit and help define the functional requirements, which define the internal workings of the software, including the solution details, data processing and other specific functionality that show how user’s needs are to be satisfied.
  • Work with other functions to determine non-functional requirements, which specify criteria that can be used to judge the operation of a system, rather than specific behaviors.
  • Act as the primary interface between the Product Lead and the development team for the assigned product domain. Delivers details in grooming sessions and assists development team in breaking down implementation stories, while preserving traceability. 
  • Demo and test product release functionality through validation of acceptance criteria throughout the software development life-cycle.
  • Be obsessed with the details and strive to understand how things work so you can improve it
  • Collaborate and efficiently communicate across various teams
  • Manage user and engagement data in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Business acumen: You understand the needs of our business and use them to inform our product priorities

  • Detail-oriented: You are highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Some Technical chops to allow for a deep understanding of the tools we have and a refined sense for where complexity may live.

The salary range for this opportunity is $98,900 to $138,400 per year. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
