Job description

Role Description
The Product Marketing team is a key driver of go-to-market success, shaping the strategy and execution for how we bring products to market and scale adoption. This team thrives on collaboration, alignment, and operational excellence to ensure we deliver value to our customers and business.

The Senior Manager, PMM Operations will report directly to the VP of Product Marketing and will focus on improving the operational effectiveness of the team, with an important emphasis on launch operations to ensure that our go-to-market efforts are seamless, strategic, and impactful.
Responsibilities
  • Launch Operations Leadership: Lead the operational framework for go-to-market launches, ensuring readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success. Partner with cross-functional teams to define timelines, align stakeholders, and meet launch criteria.
    • Develop and maintain company-wide launch playbooks, templates, and best practices.
    • Oversee the implementation of scalable processes to manage the complexity of launches effectively.
    • Act as the central point of coordination for product and solution launches, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Strategic Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with PMM leadership to design and execute planning processes, including investment frameworks, resource allocation, and OKRs.
    • Develop frameworks to prioritize launch initiatives based on market impact, organizational capacity, and strategic objectives.
  • Program and Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements that enable the PMM team to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
    • Streamline workflows for launch readiness, from ideation to post-launch reporting.
    • Build scalable solutions for recurring PMM needs, such as stakeholder communications, performance reporting, and resource planning.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch success and PMM efficiency.
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure product performance, adoption rates, and go-to-market outcomes.
    • Prepare summaries for business reviews, leadership updates, and company all-hands meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a connector across Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive clarity, alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
    • Facilitate discussions to navigate risks, resolve dependencies, and remove blockers during launch cycles.
  • Communication Excellence: Write and deliver clear, concise internal communications, including plans, updates, and presentations, to align teams and build momentum for initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, product marketing, business operations, or consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience leading product launches, with a strong understanding of go-to-market processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience developing and implementing operational processes that drive efficiency and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working within a technology company or SaaS environment.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders.
  • Solid program management principles and strength in building pragmatic plans and alignment efforts.
  • Expertise in designing frameworks for resource allocation and launch prioritization.
  • A background in program management, product marketing or product management with hands-on experience in launch management.
