Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Support Manager.

 

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $15.87 and $16.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

 

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide cross-discipline and long-range perspective of student progress by evaluating diagnostic testing for new students to recommend course selection.
  • Onboard new students and their families and develop graduation plans.
  • Analyze student progress using grade reports and other tools and communicate with students and parents on a regular basis regarding academic progress.
  • Provide student management and motivation advice on an as-needed basis.
  • Compile information on how to better the academic experience.
  • Meet retention goals through student re-enrollment.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the registration of students and maintenance of student records such as preparing documents. (e.g. student records, transcripts, enrollment reports, letters, etc.).
  • Support school districts and actively seek needs-based services.
  • Craft process and training documentation related to assigned duties.
  • Other duties as required.

 

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education and 1-2 years related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Engaging and professional phone personality coupled with good written and verbal skills.
  • Have the ability to listen and discern individual student/family educational needs while being able to see the big picture and yet put details together.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly learn new technology while maintaining excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with great attention to detail and while keeping accurate, organized records.
  • Communicate effectively with students, schools, and/or parents.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic online environment.
