Solutions Consulting at Curai
Curai is a health tech company that offers virtual urgent and primary care services powered by a world class care team and cutting edge AI. We have recently gone to market as an enablement solution for other healthcare service businesses. 

As a solutions consultant, you will support our seller team in closing deals with customers, while also advocating for customer needs with internal cross-functional partners. During the pre-sales process, you’ll work to deeply understand our partners’ needs and how Curai can solve important problems with them. You will work collaboratively with our sellers to craft a compelling sales strategy and negotiate business terms and scope with our customers. You will act as Voice of the Customer with our internal teams to ensure that we are building and delivering high-value features to the market. You will also work closely with our Implementations and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth hand off once customers sign an agreement.

• Highly knowledgeable about the healthcare industry. Product, clinical or provider network strategy experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
• Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with sellers to do client discovery work, build business requirements, and negotiate scope. This involves building custom decks for clients and leading discovery workshops. 
• Customer advocacy: Serve as the bridge between the client, Growth team and Product and Operations teams. 
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a SME to Sales and explain features, technical capabilities, and integration possibilities. This includes RFP support.
• Deal Strategy:  Partner to craft and deliver compelling value propositions and delivery models.  The overall focus is to provide strategic insights that help align customer needs and business objectives. This includes SOW generation for customers.
• Post-Sales Handover:  Transition knowledge and context to Implementation and Client Success teams.  Participate in post-sales discussions as necessary.  
• Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, competition, and key technologies.  
Travels for prospect and customer meetings and industry conferences as needed

What You’ll Need:
•Candidates can meet experience requirements in one of two ways:
1) 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience (solutions consulting, sales, business development or client success) AND 2-3 years of healthcare product management, clinical or provider network strategy experience
OR
2) 5 years of healthcare sales experience (Solutions Consulting, Sales, Business Development or Client Success). 
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with customers. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence internal teams without direct authority.
• Polished professional with strong customer focus. Excellent listening and communication skills
• Previous experience negotiating and drafting statements of work and RFP responses. 
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels and disciplines 
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry. 
• High reliability and attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects and multiple sales opportunities
• Strong presentation skills 
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
• Excited to work in a fast paced environment, as well as the opportunity to get cross-trained in multiple job functions
• Previous experience in a remote environment

The annual base salary range for this position is between 125-140k annual . The solutions consultant will also be eligible for up to 15% variable compensation, so total compensation for this role could be 125k - 161k. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
